Abu! This is no time to panic!

So I am currently freaking out a little bit because my passport is currently in the hands of the JET Programme so that they may decorate it with a Japanese visa, and I have only just now realized that the Aladdin musical that opens in Seattle tomorrow is, you know, kind of in another country, and I have no other ID that is at all useful for crossing the border.

The situation is not completely dire just yet; I can apply for an ~enhanced identification card~ and then pray that I get it back in time to catch one (... hopefully two) of the shows later in the month, but RRRRGH I am so frustrated at myself for not even thinking of this until just now.

I MEAN YOU GUYS DON'T EVEN REALIZE HOW MUCH I HAVE BEEN RESTRAINING MY FANGIRLING HERE

THIS MUSICAL IS INCLUDING CHARACTERS AND SONGS THAT I BELIEVED HAD BEEN FORGOTTEN BY EVERYONE BUT THE FANDOM

LOOK HERE ARE FOUR GUYS LEGIT SINGING "BABKAK, OMAR, ALADDIN, KASSIM"

AND "HIGH ADVENTURE" IS GOING TO BE IN IT

AND JONATHAN FREEMAN IS GOING TO BE IN IT

In conclusion, if my own lack of foresight prevents me from seeing this musical I am going to spend the entirety of Tokyo orientation in tears.

I had to skip a family trip to Mexico because the consulate wouldn't give me back my passport...

I HAVE TICKETS TO ALADDIN ON THE 17th! I am super excited... i will let you know how it is!

Oh boo. :( You asked if you could have it back? I forget, did you go through Vancouver or Seattle? I'm planning on asking them tomorrow if I could have it back early ... hopefully there's no harm in asking, even if they say no ... :(
