I want to write an entry but I am in no state to write, being tired and robbed of intelligent thought by both allergies and a busy weekend at work. So allow me to brainlessly introduce you to my current obsession! (And to celebrate the start of its new season? xD; ) It is called Top Gear, and it is a British show that my brother introduced me to many months ago and that I've been watching way too much of this week. As you might guess from the title, it is a show about cars, and you may wonder what I am doing even watching such a program, never mind recommending it. Well I do tend to skip over most of the actual reviews; really I am in it for the parts where there are three guys and a mysterious race car driver who have hilarious and surprisingly epic adventures together in all different parts of the world. xD (And sometimes the background music is stolen from Pirates!!)

You can watch episodes at Hessmo.com; below are the ones I most recommend, out of what I've seen so far. (haha yeah, I guess it's obvious that I've mostly been watching the later seasons. xD; )

Season Eight, Episode One: in which they turn a car into a convertible and it doesn't end as well as you might think it would.

Season Eight, Episode Three: in which they create amphibious cars and it works just about as well as you'd expect.

Season Eight, Episode Four: in which they turn the inside of a car into a quaint little cottage. I'm pretty sure the part where they take the cottage for a drive and the chairs start sliding all over the place is all it took to sell me on this show! xD;

Season Eight, Episode Six: in which they go RVing. I will never get over the ending of this one, omg. xDD;;

Season Nine, Episode Three: in which they drive around the US in the cheapest cars they can find. I found this episode hilarious and disturbing all at the same time. D:

Season Nine, Episode Six: in which they build limousines!! Each of which is pretty ridiculous in its own special way.

Season Ten, Episode Two: in which they create amphibious cars. Again.

Season Ten, Episode Four: in which they drive around Africa in the cheapest cars they can find.

Season Ten, Episode Five: in which they race different types of transportation through London during rush hour. The conclusion of this race basically ROCKS MY WORLD.

Season Eleven, Episode Four: in which they go to Japan and race a car against the bullet train(!!). I watched this just before my trip, appropriately enough! It is probably my favourite episode just because of that. xD;

Season Twelve, Episode One: in which they buy trucks and then compete to see whose is the best. It is all pretty mindlessly amusing. xD;

Season Twelve, Episode Eight: in which they bike around Vietnam.

Polar Special: in which they drive to the North Pole. I found this episode less funny and more intense. D:

DUDE, TOP GEAR. It is a phenomenon. Seriously, our whole house spent tons of time watching Top Gear this past year. And the new season has started?

I figured someone would know about it already. xD Yeah, the new season apparently started like two days ago, although I haven't watched the new episode yet.
