So today a family came out of Enchanted and asked if they might be able to get the cost of their tickets refunded because the movie frightened their children. Later ...

Manager: "I wonder what part of Enchanted could have possibly frightened those kids."

Sarah: "The dragon? I guess? But I dunno."

Manager: "I once had a woman come out of Meet the Robinsons because it frightened her kid. What was it ... the evil hat world? She was demanding we warn everyone and up the rating on that movie because she said there was no way it could be rated G."

Sarah: "Hahahaha what! That movie is totally G!"

Manager: "It's so G it's not even funny!"

(My favourite part of this conversation is how my manager assumed I know Meet the Robinsons well enough to remember the evil hat world. But then this manager has been working three of the four times I've gone to see Enchanted, and with that knowledge in hand, I suppose it's fair to guess what sort of movies I tend to watch ... xD; )

Hey,

So I was noticing that you have that little calendar over there, and some days are links and some aren't, but not all the days that are are links to an entry. Is this because on the days which are links but don't seem to lead anywhere you've made a hidden post? Or is there just no system here at all and they're doing it to mess with my head? I WILL ACCEPT EITHER ANSWER.

Dude, I love how this woman somehow thinks that you have some way of upping the rating. Because of course. The ratings aren't hotly-contested political decisions made by boards of people; the kids at the booth TOTALLY get to smack on whatever rating they feel like.
