So I turned nineteen almost two weeks ago and today I did my first nineteen-ish thing. I bought lottery tickets! It is funny because my supervisor, who is turning eighteen on Tuesday, asked me if I would buy them for her, and I said I didn't have any ID with me (I don't actually have any ID that shows my age, anyway - the closest I have is my student card, which only actually shows that I am old enough to be at university), and she asked if I would try anyway even though she seemed to firmly believe I would be asked for ID. I wasn't, in the end. So really I didn't have to be nineteen at all, but let's ignore that part because I am getting a kick out of my first lottery ticket purchase! XD;;;
I had planned for yesterday to be very productive, and I did manage to wash my sheets and vacuum my parents' room (I don't even remember how I got roped into that) and get all the bags out of my room (because my after-shopping strategy is apparently to just throw everything into the closet, bags and all - which means that yesterday I found some things I had totally forgotten I'd bought), mostly I just watched Reba and stuff on YouTube. Six episodes of Reba, two of which featured Van lamenting his parenting skills. I think it's awesome that two of my favourite lines from the show are about mowing the lawn. I think it's awesome that when I confess to being a fan of Full House I can be all "oh, well it was my favourite show when I was little, so there's a real nostalgia factor there, that's probably why I like it so much" but with Reba I have NO EXCUSE! And I wish I didn't write about it so much in here, man, not cool. But anyway, I wish Saturday wasn't my only day off, because all I want to do on my one day off is laze about. >_<
I am listening to "Aozora ga itsumademo tsuzuku youna mirai de are" from MoMusu's upcoming album. Basically I am never going to remember this song title, holy man. But otherwise I am pleasantly surprised! Because basically the only non-single song from their sixth album that I like is "Dokusenyoku"; the rest were oh my gosh so boring. But this song is fun, if a touch generic. I hope the rest of the album is good~ :) :)
Edit: I forgot to mention! I AM WEARING A GRYFFINDOR SCARF!! Oh yes, awesome awesome.
