No one's lazy in LazyTown!

And now, the biannual entry in which I list material objects that no one else cares about. Ah yes, Christmas, I can smell it!
The goods!
DVDs--
First season of Reba, oh yes, excellent. I didn't realize the first episode of Reba I saw was actually the pilot, but apparently it was. And when you know it's the pilot, it seems crazy rushed! I would have thought the build up to the wedding would have been half a season at least! I totally thought there would have been a season of random storylines before the real storylines kicked in! Apparently I was wrong, and they shoved everything into the pilot. Well then. So far I've watched the first four episodes with my mom. There is a Spanish dub but it seems less than exciting.
George of the Jungle, hooooo man, I bet I am the only one who still thinks this movie is excellent. COME ON IT IS A MOVIE ABOUT A GUY RUNNING INTO TREES, WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT??
Saved! from my friend. She asked what I wanted for Christmas and I had already used my good ideas on the list that I wrote for my parents, so I just rattled off a bunch of movies I would be vaguely interested in having on DVD. Perhaps this a dorky movie to have asked for, but I am curious, and she assures me it is good (hopefully she was not being sarcastic), and so I am looking forward to seeing it. xD;
(I got her a book entitled something like Jane Austen's Guide to Dating, I am much too lazy to look it up proper. But she is a big fan of Jane Austen, is why. Apparently when she opened my gift, her mother couldn't stop laughing.)
And I also received the third volume of the Gals! anime. XD;;;;
Meanwhile my brother is watching Requiem for a Dream (his favourite movie, according to his SilverCity nametag) and I am down here avoiding it because it sounds horrendously depressing. And also he is two years too young to be watching it!!! >:P
CDs--
LAZYTOWN SOUNDTRACK OH YEAH WINNAR IS ME!!!!! I didn't realize all the LazyTown songs were so short! But never mind that, they are awesome. My favourites right now are "Take a Vacation" (a take-off of "Welcome to LazyTown," it seems to me, which I find interesting!) and "You are a Pirate," which was in the first LazyTown episode I saw. XD BEING A PIRATE IS ALL RIGHT WITH ME!
Also the No Doubt singles collection and the Mamma Mia! soundtrack. I don't have very much to say about them except that both of the cases were damaged in transit! And Amazon.com sent an empty jewel case with one of them and that is very nice of them except that IT IS THE WRONG SORT OF JEWEL CASE. Hahahaha, oh man. XD;;;;
Other--
Reading Real Japanese, a book with excerpts from Japanese short stories (? I think they're mostly short stories, I haven't looked at it too closely yet) and English translations and notes about grammar and vocab. For whatever reason, looking through it made me feel very intimidated. ^^; I shall put it on my shelf next to Making Sense of Japanese, which I got last Christmas. XD;;;;
I got two PS2 games, Graffiti Kingdom from my brother and Kingdom Hearts from my parents. Graffiti looks so complicated!!! So I haven't played it yet because I am a wuss. But my brother says he will watch me when I do play it so maybe he will help me. DON'T SPOIL KINGDOM HEARTS FOR ME!!!! Really the only reason I am playing this game is for the Disney characters. Which probably comes as no surprise. I have no idea who any of these Squaresoft peoples are. :P Anyway, I've played for three hours so far but I don't think I'm as far as you're supposed to be after three hours' play, haha. ^^; And I even cheated twice, because I have no patience. But besides that, I'm really enjoying it. I finally got out of Traverse Town! I got to Hercules world and was all "OMG IT'S PHIL!!!!" and then I stopped because I thought I should save some for later. But if anyone spoils Agrabah for me I am going to get violent! And man, if I have been misled and there is no Agrabah? Someone is going DOWN.
My favourite part so far has probably actually been when you first join up with Donald and Goofy and you hear the voices of the Disney villains but you can't see them. After each one, I was like "OMG!!! XD XD XD" I was surprised I could still recognize them all! Oh, but I can't deny it, I love me some Disney. ^-^
My brother now has Katamari Damacy. It was more interesting to watch than I thought it would be, but at the same time, not. I wish the people wouldn't scream when you hit them! It's creepy. x_x (I guess you shouldn't listen to me - I was creeped out by the beginning of Kingdom Hearts. :X )
My grandmother stuck "open carefully" and "handle with care" stickers on three of her presents this year, and it freaked me out and I made sure to handle them with the utmost delicacy because I thought that perhaps inside lay priceless glass heirlooms, or something of that sort. But no. Here is what they were: an oversize Kinder egg, a tin of cookies, and a gift certificate. THERE WAS NO NEED TO GET ME ALL NERVOUS OVER THAT. Man!
Miscellaneous goods - an I Love Lucy calendar, Gumby and Pokey figures (not sure why, but okay), a Hello Kitty toothbrush, a Batman toothbrush, and two Japanese posters - one for CoS (二年目が始まる!) and one for Mary Poppins.
Okay, that's enough.
(So I mentioned Phil from Hercules and that reminded me of the Catastrophia episode, which is actually called Hercules and the Big Lie, and I thought I would look it up to see what I could find, and man, I knew there were Aladdin transcripts floating around the Intarweb but I didn't know there were Hercules transcripts! Here's that one. My favourite part is the enthusiastic formatting.)
(Hahaha, I didn't know Buffy played Andromeda!)
(That episode also contains one of my favouritest scenes in the whole series, the one in which Cassandra tries to teach Hercules how to lie. Check my friends page if you don't believe me! Hahahahahaha~ XD )
("What did you say your name was?" "Androkles! But my friends call me Herc 'cause that's my real name. Not, uh ... Androkles." HAHA I LOVE IT)
