(My brother's girlfriend lent me a PS2 game yesterday, totally out of the blue. She is awesome as well, but not quite as awesome as she would be if she were, say, majoring in Spanish.)

Man, I was thinking, if she hadn't taken Spanish that year, would she be taking it now? If my Japanese class hadn't been cancelled that time, would I be taking Spanish now? Thinking about this WEIRDS ME OUT, but I think it's very cool that we share a major. Now we must lure you over as well. Don't deny the awesomeness of Spanish! There are upside-down punctuation marks!!

Also, today K called me because her brother had placed a bid on eBay but accidentally typed an extra zero in the process, and they couldn't figure out how to cancel it. I'm not sure why it is me she chose to call. I didn't actually talk to her, though Mom claims to have calmed her down. Strange stuff.

I might have *cough* recommended that she call you. She called me to ask for help, and I've never used EBay in my life... I told her to follow the instructions to pull the order, and she said that didn't work, so I told her to try again and call you (she said she had, and you were out). Yeah... Also, no party I think... My Dad's gone outside to try to scare the crows away by clapping. Yeah, that's gonna work... ^^;; A.

When I've bought things on eBay my parents have dealt with the whole thing. I asked her just now if her brother had managed to fix it and she said yes, so that's good anyway.
