arishaToday as I was listening to one of the Spanish songs playing on this countdown, my brother came downstairs and started doing his "Look-I'm-making-fun-of-you" dance. Keep in mind that a lot of what I listen to while on the computer is J-pop, and therefore my brother assumes that every song I have listened to in the past two years has been in Japanese. The Spanish song that was playing was obviously Spanish, IMO. And what does this boy say?
He says, "What is this, Japanese people singing 'La Vida Loca' or something?"
Yeah ... that's right, buddy ... o.O;;
Heh, once I was watching a Spanish movie and he had been watching with me for almost the whole thing. They said "gracias" a lot, they said "sí" a lot, they said some phrases that he would know. At one point he was repeating what they said, when my mom came in. "Hey Mom, William's learning Spanish!" I said. And what does this boy say?
He says, "SPANish?! I thought this was FRENCH!"
I am quite afraid that he is going to fail French this year. And he says he wants to learn Japanese in high school. Good luck to him ... ^^;;
