Happy Birthday to Me! *_*
Jan. 14th, 2001 10:41 pmI had a good fourteenth birthday. :)
We went ice skating, as I mentioned before, then came home, played a very silly game of Truth or Dare (most of the dares included saying silly things in front of my parents or running around the island in a certain way ;) ), ate pizza, opened gifts, and played Monopoly. Which was more fun than it usually is, because I didn't have to set up. ;) Ha. I hate setting up for board games.
My presents included:
Plus, I might get to see Mysterious Play (Fushigi Yuugi, right?), which is both loved and hated in the online anime community. I'm curious, so getting to see it for free makes me happy. :)
I had a good birthday. :D

My presents included:
- A Card Captor Sakura "graphic novel."
- A Philip Pullman book; The Northern Lights, I think.
- Chocolate! *_*
- Cookies were also brought to the party, and shared by all. :D
- Earrings from the World Wildlife Fund. :)
- Lost and Found, a book about Heinrich Schliemann and the gold he found at the site of Troy.
- A&E Biography: Anastasia.
- A Cherished Teddies figure. Awww. :)
- A nifty "mini-UFO" fibre-thing lamp . . . okay, so I forget what it's called, but it's the neatest thing! :D
- Garfield's 37th book . . . or anthology . . . or whatever they're called.
- Lotsa bath stuff. :p You've always got to wonder if they really don't know what to get you, or if they're hinting. Gaah.
