Aventura: "Obsesión"
So I recently looked up the lyrics to this song, and oh my god is it even creepier than I'd expected. "I DIDN'T SLEEP LAST NIGHT BECAUSE I WAS THINKING OF HOW PRETTY YOU ARE AND I CAN TELL THAT YOUR BOYFRIEND DOESN'T LOVE YOU AND YOU DON'T ANSWER MY CALLS SO I WENT TO YOUR SCHOOL AND MANIPULATED YOUR FRIENDS INTO TELLING ME WHERE YOU ARE AND BTW I DON'T HAVE ANY FRIENDS ANYMORE BECAUSE ALL I TALK ABOUT IS YOU." Whoa, calm down there, creeper. But this song is still catchy and reminds me of Peru and my mom likes it so much she burned it onto the CD she listens to in the car. So oh well! (Also, how behind am I, I only just learned that this song was released in 2002!)
Kara: "Wanna"
When am I not obsessed with this song, let's be honest here. I'm more broke right now than I've ever been in my life, but when this unfortunate phase passes I think I should probably buy this album all legal-like. I mean, this song alone has provided me with like months of entertainment, lolll!
Girls' Generation: "Run Devil Run"
I love how my favourite genre of music is IDOL GIRL GROUPS THAT EVERYONE ELSE HATES. :D Sally, one of my Peruvian housemates, is of Korean descent, and one of the very first nights she was in the house she somehow got to telling us about this huge Korean girl group that she doesn't think can sing or dance. Meanwhile I'm sitting at the other end of the table going, "... I like them? ;_; " xD
The Little Mermaid: "Silence is Golden (Demo)"
lol, because I feel I should have an English song on this list. After reading through some of my older entries on Disney music, I had this song stuck in my head for an entire day. xD
Morning Musume: "Kanashimi Twilight"
I was definitely listening to this on repeat the other day. One of my favourite MoMusu songs evarrrr. <3
Tomboy: "Super Star"
Recently I have actually been watching the videos that YouTube suggests to me in its sidebars, and that's how I found this song (which features Sonim, who used to be kinda sorta connected to H!P?! - wow I am out of the loop). It's a Japanese cover of a Korean song, but I like this version a lot better. It's just so fun and catchy~~~!

athena_crikey that I'd started listening to K-pop, she told me that if I got into K-pop I would never get out alive. Well, I feel her prediction has come true. This song's lyrics can basically be summed up as "Wow, I'm pretty" - so why did I wake up this morning with it stuck in my head??? (Also, Epik High made a spontaneous cover of this song that's pretty funny.)
Okay, now to spend the rest of this lovely day off studying!! :D I feel like I keep forgetting my intention to attempt the JLPT at the end of this year, whoops.
