Fan - I support them in their music career and whatever they do in their personal life. Like - I like their songs. That's all.
Yeah I like Nelly's songs but not a fan of her. Meaning I don't give a crap what she does with herself and I certainly wouldn't defend her. So yeah I guess that's the difference between being a fan of an artist and liking an artist.
