So today on the drive to work, we stopped at a light only to discover that the car next to us was BLASTING "You Rock My World." Highlight of my day right there, not gonna lie! My mom isn't much of an MJ fan but I think even she was at least amused by it, especially when I admitted I'd been listening to that song mere minutes before we left home. xD;

So anyway, unless someone can prove to me otherwise, I am choosing to believe that there is a guy who has been driving around the city listening to Invincible at full volume. WATCH FOR HIM!! >xD

And while we're on the topic! I'm sure my fellow Shamoners have already read these two articles, but I'm linking to them because right now I kind of want everyone in the whirl to read them, especially those of you who are not already Michael Jackstans. (lol, I love that phrase and am determined to use it!!) Phonte's Teary-Eyed Tribute to the King really simply and clearly cuts down a lot of the lies about MJ, while Top Ten Questions Everyone Should Be Asking About Michael Jackson is already basically my favourite article of all time; it is simultaneously so true and so hilarious. I am seriously wondering about Question 4, and so I ask: friendslist, do any of you PYTs not own Thriller???

I own Thriller. On record.

Where it is, however, I do not know. Buried in a box in the crawlspace with all of the others.

I bought it again on iTunes. :)

I do not own thriller, but mostly because when I was a kid I listened to my brother's CDs.

Well if I am to be totally honest, most of the MJ CDs in our house belong to my dad. But I am so used to stealing them whenever I please that I feel like they are mine, and he should not be surprised if they disappear when I move out. >xD

And also!

That note that you posted on my Facebook is now MY FAVOURITE THING EVER. I'm so flattered to have been included in your dream! :D :D haha, I wasn't planning on telling anyone this, but yesterday I randomly remembered this dream that I had years ago. When I was in fourth grade, I was always running out of paper, and had to constantly borrow paper from the kid who sat next to me (coincidentally enough, his name was Michael). One night that year I had a dream where MJ came to our school and was giving a concert in the foyer, and after the show he'd be giving out autographs. But I had no paper!!! So the majority of this dream was me running through the school trying to locate my classmate so that I could get a sheet of paper for MJ to sign for me.

A ripped copy counts! I suspect some of my rl friends don't own a copy at ALL. Conveniently enough they have yet to reply to this question. ;)

That whole second CD is just very good for thinking and making art. I don't know why. It's like he just put it all out there for interpretation whether we like it or not. Lovin it. Still taking some time to warm up to D.S. though.

I never thought of HIStory like that before, but I like it! I think as a kid I did used to draw pictures while listening to MJ, hehe. :)

I really like D.S. (especially the part where he yells "Slash!" haha), but I can't kept but feel guilty or ... something? ... when I listen to it. Because it's so obvious who and what it's about. :|

I do not own Thriller, nor do I believe anybody in my family owns it. Except possibly the little bro, although if he does, he probably downloaded it. ^^;

Lol, really? I guess you were probably thinking of Athena, huh.

It just took me a long time to make my peace with the eighties, alright?
