~ Rick Steves is an old lady, but seriously, a PLAN! Have a plan! And then plan every so often to have a day or two without a plan. That way you'll feel like you're totally adventurous and spontaneous and you'll still have a PLAN.

Although ... I do like their honeymoon plans, and am kind of jealous ... hmmm ... maybe we can work this out ...
~ Went to Bolen Books and bought two Christmas presents --> is a coincidence because I bought part of your present yesterday at a bookstore, too! Except ... at Subtext, lol. But it looked cool! But it's only PART of your present, because seriously, cheap-ass.
~ after a summer where I felt I was stagnating. Don't know how pertinent this is, but I always feel like this during the summer. Except last summer, because I was in Blarney-land and was drinking a lot. THAT felt like great personal growth to me. But I think perhaps this is more of a chronic summer-in-Victoria thing ... ?
