(no subject)

I daresay this is going to be the worst NaNo I've ever written. I have never been 20k behind at this point and still determined to keep going. But now I am, and the stuff I am writing is JUNK.

I spent my two hour break today reading about Mt. Everest. In my head I think it sounds like a hilarious idea to go to base camp and just hang, and talk to all the people who are going up there, and see what happens. But I guess base camp is not actually all that much more pleasant than the rest of the mountain. Haha. Still, I get a kick out of this idea in my head.

Oh, and I plan to spend my Christmas break reading about Disney(land). I discovered a whole whack more scholarly articles and it is so excellent. Today I requested an article that's called something like "Yes, Gaston is Gay," hahahahaha, what!! I love when Disney meets academia, I think the results are hilarious.* So if anyone asks, my rorikon essay is now another Disney essay. Oh, the lies I have to keep up just to read what I want!

*Just like my NaNo I am writing, which I know is bad, but I cross my fingers that it's at least hilariously so.

Man, I am behind the times! I had no idea the OotP teaser trailer was out! It took a junky entertainment show to alert me to the fact! Hahaha. This makes me go all fangirl inside and so I am ignoring the fact that everyone has probably seen it already and am posting it anyway: OotP teaser trailer on YouTube (videotaped in a movie theatre, hahaha)

the_wykydtron, Snape is in it and I think you will squee. When I saw that it starts with Sirius I was happy but then I remembered what actually happens to him in this one and I was sad. And I think it's hilarious that half a year before the movie comes out we've already got a glimpse of the kiss, hahaha. Actually, did I ever tell you, I don't like for the way that part of the book is written? How the scene just fades out? I don't care for that because the first time I read that chapter I thought that either Harry had passed out, or they had gone further than a kiss and JKR had felt the need to censor it. :P

Also, it'd be nice if Bellatrix didn't look like a total goth. It makes me think the make-up artists weren't sure the audience would catch on that she's evil unless she was gussied up as such. :P :P :P

Ahahaha, now I am so excited and I don't even like the book that much! Man, I hope this movie is good but I hope I don't cry. I think I've cried enough in my various viewings of GoF to last me the rest of the series, kthx. But I dunno. My love for Sirius far outshines my love for Cedric ... :( :( :( :(
