May. 9th, 2005 01:50 pmMy registration date for second year is the fourth of July, at two p.m. I don't know why, but both my mother and I think this is the funniest thing.
My voting place is at my old middle school. What the--! I haven't been there since tenth grade, geeze. Now if I only knew who I was voting for. There are some very stupid commercials being played on local TV in an attempt to encourage people to vote. My least favourite is along the lines of "I walked backwards in the snow uphill both ways without shoes to get my right to vote!!" and they showed it at least once for every commercial break during Chamber of Secrets on Saturday. Yes, we got it, backwards in the snow, now shut uuuuuuuup!
