My backspace key keeps triggering the "back" button and deleting half of my e-mails/journal entries/what have you. If this continues I think I'm going to go back to Netscape, because IT IS THE MOST ANNOYING THING IN THE ENTIRE WORLD.

Here's my rough schedule for the upcoming school year, then:

- English 11 Enriched: With one of my favourite teachers in the school, hope that doesn't change. It probably will, the teacher part of the schedule always changes. *weep*

- French 11 Extended Core: I am jumping into extended core after suffering a long semester learning the same vocabulary over and over. I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!! Hopefully this class will be a lot less annoying without being ultra-super difficult, because that would discourage me. And what happens when Sarah gets discouraged? She listens to her happy Japanese music! And that would, of course, throw off my French grammar yet again, discouraging me more. What a vicious cycle that would be. If only Madame M. hadn't retired. I keep worrying about the teachers' accents. Madame M. had a perfect accent. These other teachers, they all sound like obvious native English speakers, and that makes me weep again.

- Spanish 11: There is no extended core class for Spanish, which stinks because it means I'll probably have read the textbook sixty times by the end of the course. That's what happened last year. "Dang, I finished the work with an hour yet to go, guess I'll read ahead." I always do that, actually. Once in French class I read a part that we then listened to on tape. We weren't supposed to have read it beforehand. Everyone was surprised I could understand it aurally like that; really, I was just remembering what I'd read. Bwahaha!

- Principles of Math 11: I forgot to check what semester this is in. The other classes don't matter (although I have all my languages in the same semester, GOODY), but math I always have in second semester when really, I want it in first so I can get it OVER with. Math is not my strong point. I could've gotten straight As this year, but I got a B in math. No matter, I was expecting a C because when we were supposed to be doing the homework for the hardest chapter I was spending six hours a day in the orchestra pit. That was FUN. XD

- Biology 11: Yay, now we get into the specialized sciences! Biology really is the section that interests me most, but of course everyone thinks I'm just taking it 'cause it's the supposed easiest of the science classes. Argh.

- Social Studies 11: Next year we get specialized socials classes too, yay! I like the history part but despise the geography part. Longitude, latitude, degrees, blahblahblah zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz ...

- Psychology 11: Instead of Japanese, bother. I wonder what this'll be like, though. It's a new class so no one knows. Hmm.

- Band 11: Because one year of getting up at the crack of dawn wasn't enough for me. If I don't make it into the orchestra pit this year I'll pitch a fit. :P

- Stagecraft 11: Yay, more backstage school musical stuff! And more getting up at the crack of dawn! I hope I get to do a lot of painting. I like painting. ^^;

Ohmigosh I just hit the backspace button and of course it triggered the back button but the entry is still here! Thank god. x_x;;;;

I should have one more class than that but I can't remember it right now and I don't know where my schedule would be. Hmm~. Maybe I do have a spare ... That would be super-duper.

I had a dream last night and this song was in it and my friend was trying to get me to translate it for her. Haha~. It wouldn't have been that hard if I had had a dictionary in the dream, because she sings it pretty clearly, but still. How silly a topic for a dream. ;)

Anyway, checked my schedule, turns out I do have a spare. Second semester, last block. Whoo! That means on Mondays and Wednesdays I can leave at 2:07pm, while on Tuesdays and Thursdays I don't have to be there until 10:16am! Unless I have band, which messes the whole thing up. And on Fridays we get out at 2pm anyway. Hmm.

I like this song.
"私は歌う。。。"

Hee, Emelie just e-mailed me to say that she won her badminton tournament! So here I am, way on the other side of the world, getting all excited for her. XD;;

And she wants to play badminton with me someday. My life savings (which is what it'll take for me to get over to Japan in order to actually play with her) says she'll kick my butt. XD It may be my favourite sport, but that doesn't mean I'm any good at it. ^^;;

In other news, my Japanese IME has succeeded in messing itself up. Man, I was having so much fun with that thing, too. Be happy, all you who read this LiveJournal, for that means no more Japanese writing in here until I figure out how to make it work again. *kicks it*

It's kind of annoying that my favourite Pirates of Penzance song was only included in the movie and was actually stolen from another Gilbert and Sullivan operetta.

It's kind of disturbing that my favourite Roméo et Juliette song is the one in which Tybalt declares his hatred for Romeo and then sings about killing him.

I apologize for all the posts today, but I am BORED OUT OF MY SKULL. At least Derya's back, now I can bug her. XD;;

... yeah.

Haha~, I now view LiveJournal in Japanese. It greets me with "konnichi wa, arisha-san!" My options include such as "hoomu," "nyuusu," "herupu," "roguauto" and "saachi." There's no stopping me now!!

Those are all English words, by the way. They've just been destroyed by the wonder that is katakana. Actually, I'm a little disappointed, because over half of this page is katakana-ed English. I spotted a promising option in the sidebar, but it turned out to be "nikkicho no sutairu." I think I'll go cry now.
